Welcome

Which version of this is for you?

Three roles, three toolkits. Setters qualify and book the strategy call. Closers run that call — scripts, language, what to say next. Managers see the performance data, coaching priorities, and what's working across the team.

Setter Process Ingestor

Upload your discovery-call tracking CSV. It reads the date column, keeps only the selected month, and computes your setter funnel — show rate, set rate, and strat show rate.

or drag & drop your .csv here

Reads column A (date) · E (spoke for discovery) · F (next call scheduled) · G (showed for strat). Columns B–D & H are ignored.

Re-engagement & Pipeline Strategies

Working notes behind the Reactivation Campaigns & Marketing Shift task.

1Re-engage stalled leads (last ~6 mo)

Use a human setter for 1:1 outreach and/or GHL (or AC) for 1:many email/SMS/DM to people who dropped out of the sales process:

  • Applied but didn't book a disco call
  • Booked disco but no-showed
  • Had disco but no-showed the strat
  • Had strat but didn't close

Open item: solid strategy, but we need a compelling reason for them to re-engage.

2Email campaign (+ possible outbound DM via ManyChat or manual)

Broadcast emails to book calls. Past performance has been weak, but we should do whatever we can to get calls booked. There's a strong angle Jess touched on in the recent 3-day virtual event that could drive urgent action.

3Temporarily loosen qualification criteria

Gets more calls through but brings in non-A-Tier leads and muddles performance tracking. Mitigation: intentionally tag leads as A-Tier (normal quality) vs B-Tier (less qualified), and tell closers B-Tier are more likely to buy TAA, a live-event ticket, or The Visible Agent. Value: see who can actually sell across lead-quality tiers.

4Referral campaign

Likely needs an incentive — e.g., a free next-virtual-event ticket for both the referring and referred agent, contingent on the referred agent booking a pre-event strategy call.

5New FB group / DM-ad inbound audit

New agents join the FB group daily and start inbound DM conversations via ads. Unclear when anyone last reviewed:

  • (i) quality of the conversation process
  • (ii) how quickly and how faithfully setters start and continue those convos

6Shift budget: lead gen / nurture → book-a-call campaigns

We can spend more on cold book-a-call campaigns, but I'm still blind on the marketing↔sales data needed to know how deep cold bookings get into the sales process vs. warm bookings (qualification rates, show rates, close rates, etc.).
